Have you ever wanted to learn how to make tamales, but never had the time?  We have solved that problem here at 3941 Tamales with our beginners tamale making course. We will teach you how to make our gourmet street style tamales in only 90 minutes.  We will teach you how to make our Green Chili Chicken Tamale and the classic Jalapeno and Cheese tamale.  We are going to cover how to wash your corns husks, what type of spreader to use to spread your masa and how to spread your masa so you don't end up with a burrito sized tamale or a tiny taco sized tamale. 
We will also cover how much filling to put in to your tamale, and how to mix your ingredients to make your tamales taste authentic using traditional chili and seasoning. We will cover how to make traditional masa and a vegan masa.  Finally, we will spread the masa on to the corn husks, add our filling,  wrap them up, steam and cook the tamales. 
What is most important about this class is that you will have acces to a master tamale creator to ask any questions that you want to ask during the class.  We will be holding these classes at breweries, so there will be beer tasting and wine tasting at some breweries.  
When the class is over you will walk out with 1 dozen tamales, a few sips of beer or wine, and tastings of a few of our specialty tamales throughout the class.
