"Murder at a Funeral" is the 4th Annual Murder Mystery Fundraiser of the Voluntary Action Center.
The play opens at the memorial service for Scarlett (Montgomery-Clifton-Butler-Gable) Bronson who has recently died under mysterious causes. Scarlett was in the process of planning her annual Black, White and Red Gala to raise funds for the Voluntary Action Center. In keeping with her love for the less fortunate, the Gala will continue as planned with a memorial service being the night’s theme. Guests of the Gala are asked to wear Black, White or Red in honor of their love for Scarlett.
As Scarlett’s family
is too distraught to speak, friends and guests will be given the opportunity to
eulogize Scarlett’s life. The killer
hasn’t been caught and still has plans to take care of a few more of Scarlett’s
family before the night is over.
Scarlett’s family is hoping that someone can unravel this mystery before
it’s lights out for them all.
