"Getting to Next" is a 2 day workshop/symposium and cocktail networking reception for Military and Civilian Leaders in the early stages of considering "what's next?"
It enables each participant to explore her core competencies, personal goals and career possibilities in a supportive environment of her peers, and initiates the process of deeply exploring and identifying meaningful individual and economically viable future careers. Now open to MEN and WOMEN!
Leave with a real plan for marketing, networking and getting you to the "Next" level in your personal and professional life.
Attendees will experience a unique interaction among military and civilian women leaders on the brink of change, be it retirement, switching sectors or making lateral or new leadership moves within their chosen fields.
