The Emily Ann Thompson Band is coming to Conner Prairie. Join us for two hours of Celtic music featuring fiddle, guitar, vocals, accordion, piano, Irish flute, Highland bagpipes, Irish dancing, and more! Tickets are $10 in advance and $12 at the door. Seating is limited to 100 guests, so it's best to purchase your tickets in advance.
From fast, high-energy jigs and reels to captivating airs, ballads and upbeat songs, Emily Ann Thompson's performance is lively, passionate, and homegrown with an American flare. Drawing from a wide variety of world music styles, Emily Ann plays traditional Irish, Scottish, and Canadian fiddle tunes in a fresh and original style. She also sings in English and Irish Gaelic, plays piano, and adds banjo, foot percussion, and Irish dance. Emily’s husband, Kelly, joins her on guitar, percussion, and vocals. Dianna Davis performs on accordian, piano, vocals, foot percussion, and Irish sean-nos dance, and Dmitri Alano performs on flute, whistle, Highland bagpipes, and concertina. This incredibly talented and dynamic 4 piece band has a zeal for Celtic music and it shows!
