26th Annual Greater Southeast Volusia Chowder Contest
To all our Culinary Chowder experts, entries and supporters over our 26 years;
January 31, 2016 will be our 26th year of supporting the Florida Sheriff Youth Ranches and the at risk children of this community.
We wish to thank you for all you have done for this community and its children over the past years.
James J Davis who was Secretary of Labor under President Franklin D Roosevelt and creator of the Loyal Order of Moose Legion stated “No man stands as tall as when he stoops to help a Child”
It is no wonder that the Moose supports the Florida Sheriffs Youth Ranches as they have operated “Mooseheart the Child City” for over 100 years where clothe, feed, house and educate children from lost and broken homes.
There are no losers when we help a child! 26 years and $165,000.00 raised.
