Drawing will be held during Project Graduation All-Night Party event. Event it's self is PRIVATE, however RAFFLE is open to all who want to buy ticket(s).
Winners will be notified within 72 hours after the drawing. Winners are solely responsible for ALL taxes associated to prize(s) they have won!
