Wholistically Improve You Cooking Class
Are you excercising 3-4 times per week but you are not seeing the results you deserve. Have you lost weight but you hit a plateau? Do you want to eat healthy but refuse to eat food that taste like cardboard.
Wholistically Improve you believes cooking should be fun, healthy and affordable. Cooking classes are held on selected Sundays at 4pm or Saturdays by appointment only.
You will learn how to prepare a lean meat, a wholegrain, a vegetable, and a fruit/veggie smoothie during each cooking class. We will give you ideas on how to shop and cook in bulk, so that you can have grab and go meals for the entire week.
