The Dance and the Dawn
A gothic fairy tale. Doomed lords and ladies seek redemption through True Love at a midnight ball. A social game and role-play experience that goes beyond immersion into the realm of Theatrical Literature.
The Dance and the Dawn tells the tale of six beautiful Ladies who came to the court of the Queen of Ice for a midnight ball, and there danced with seven noble Lords, all in pursuit of the True Love that could heal their hearts. The conclusion of that tale is up to you.
This is a game for thirteen players. Six of you will become the Ladies of Ash, who have come to the midnight ball in hopes of healing their heartbreak; the other seven will become the cold, proud Lords of Ice who are there waiting for them, and who struggle with tragedies of their own. Also present will be the Queen of Ice and the Duke of Ash, the enigmatic figures who have arranged the whole affair.
The game features dancing, dueling, courtly intrigue...and, of course, the eternal hope of romance and joy.

- $25 advance tickets only (precise gender ratios are required so female or male tickets may sell out first)
- Pre-event communication between the Orchestrator and participants (over e-mail) is required, including a questionnaire (no experience required, just a commitment to your unique role)
- Doors open at 6:00, participants asked to arrive by 6:30, The Dance and the Dawn starts at 7:00
- Gothic Fairytale costume play encouraged; photography available
- Appetizers served, a quick-order menu will be provided before and after the ball
