Aces & Operative’s proudly announces Vesper Room No.2: Reconnoitre Noir, the return of our “realism”, free-form live action role-play casino-style event (prior run was Vesper Room No.1 on 2/8/14).
Vesper Room features card gaming in a glamour setting, a free market deal-making economy between players, multiple prizes, plus surprises! When you enter the Vesper Room it will feel like a true alternative espionage reality.
Story: For the past year powerful organizations have held secret society events to draw the attention of the most influential and powerful persons in the world. The time has come to for players to materialize their dealings. Senior players will be able buy, trade, sell, ally, and sabotage throughout the room (paper contracts will be available). New attendees will also be able to seamlessly involve themselves in a unique espionage universe with their own character’s funds.
Additionally, one organization is interested in funding a world tour for a renowned stage performer and this organization will be hosting an exclusive card game tournament. Live tournament results will be broadcast in the venue with prizes for first, second, and third place.
Vesper Room No.2 [VR2] will continue our VIP series of reality-based role-play events. VR2 will implement a multitude of new and original Aces & Ops features, including:
**Release of the Aces & Operative’s base LARP system to senior Character Players
**Very user-friendly materials for new attendees to naturally enter our spy world
**Enhanced Vesper Room cash economy plus Vesper Room’s own fluid event structure

- The Person of Interest $20: Perfect for the new attendee or elementary role-player who just wants to experience an enjoyable evening at a unique event. The Person of Interest is handed a basic character sheet with information, gossip, and a personal objective that can potentially be achieved through the help of a senior Player Character in exchange for your money. This is a perfect package for a someone curious about role-play nightlife.
- The Player Character $25: This is the ticket for the senior Aces & Operatives player or experienced role-players who desire greater character agency. This ticket includes: the new Aces & Operative’s Player Card for the LARP system, special skills, ability to create official stories, access to the Game Masters, ability to create Headlines, ability to forge deals, access to our upcoming interactive character online forum, plus recording of your decisions and actions for character placement on the Karma Scale.
- The All Access Card Gamer Player Character $30 (very limited capacity): you receive all Player Character options plus you also receive an exclusive seat within our card game tournament. Prizes will be awarded for placing first, second, and third place, plus the winner will be crowned the reigning club champion. Note: the tournament will not run for the entire event so tournament players will certainly have time to involve themselves in the Vesper Room.
Summary: Person of Interest ($20) offers a social interactive experience within a roleplay world. Player Character ($25) is an immersive LARP experience where you effectuate stories and outcomes, build your character plus forge your destiny. The All Access Card Gamer ($30) is a Player Character who also has an exclusive seat within the tournament.
